That's the plane we were waiting for. (Photo in HDR) Well it's there, it's just that it's not moving until it's fixed. The pilot told us it was something to do with the emergency door. Well, to be honest, I didn't actually paid much attention to the announcement. I was just happy that we were on our way home. The 1.40 pm flight at last took off at 6.30 pm and landed in Brunei at 8.10 pm.

stranded

it's 2.10 pm and i'm stranded at Changi airport. Flight will only take off at 5 pm, well maybe. but as a passenger said, it's better to be delayed than the plane falling off the sky in which case the blessings may not be useful anymore.... need i say more.

The culprits...

I've been wondering what happened to my orchids. What look like lumps of dead flower are actually caterpillars (or whatever you call them). Caught them in action with my Canon EF 28-300mm L lens. Not really a macro lens but it still works wonders.... but the hefty weight may not be good for my shoulder and neck.

If you are into orchids, as I am, head down to No.33 Jalan Pasai 1 on Wednesdays, and you will be able to purchase orchids that had just arrived from Thailand. Reasonably priced, compared to buying from the tamu.

Fly away...

Just when I thought I was on the way to full recovery, I had a major setback. Since Monday 17th Sept, I was back to square one. The pain this time is even worse then before and I tried to not think of it by going on with my daily life... it didn't help. I'm now on medical leave again till 28th September. Everyday I wake up hoping the pain will fly away.
