Walls are for climbing...

The last time I went to Tasik Lama was more than 20 years ago, during my more youthful year. The sharp shooters were informed that there is going to be a rock climbing session today (the lady in red was our informer and you should see her climb. She made it look so easy) and we braved the unpredictable weather to try to capture what we can... This group of young people are really enthusiastic about their hobby and we cannot just let them do it without sharing their passion to visitors to our site. These are just some of the photos, some taken by myself suspended from a rope a few metres above ground level. Enjoy...

The photo of the young climber was taken by SkipperZack. Yes, that's him with the thumbs up!

And here's me taken by SkipperZack. How high did you say it was? I don't mind doing it again.

Fantastic outing ah bro! The rain was worth it heheh! So ironic that the shot of the day was OF you taken by another photographer! heheeh! That is one AWESOME shot! Thanks to skipper zack and tya jua for their hospitality!

fully agree bro anakbrunei, the rain was a blessing coz it makes the weather bearable. not sure how it would feel being suspended like that at midday. n yes, that's ironic but for me it shows either i'm photogenic (perasan!) or skipperzack is really a good photographer. either one its still a compliment. i 2nd u to thank tya, skipperzack, the guy n gurl who was my buddy keeping me in my place and those who assisted them n not fogetting all the enthusiastic climbers and spectators. (panjang jua eh, mcm bagi ucapan grammy award plang)

bro blackcat, people always said "the photographer is always not in the picture" and i'll add "if they do, they become the centre of attraction" (lagi tah perasan)
