The doctor had given me 2 days sick leave coz he said I've torn some ligament in my back muscle. Still cannot believe how it happened. I was kneeling on the floor assembling my computer table yesterday evening. I was about to stand up to fetch another item for the table when I felt as if my back muscle was stretched and all of a sudden I cannot move and my whole body was shaking with pain. I didn't immediately go to the hospital coz I thought it would go away in the morning but was kept awake most of the night. I'm now on ibuprofen to help kill the pain.The photos above were taken Monday morning from the Rasau Bridge. Have to pay B$6 for the toll to get to the bridge and Sungai Teraban, but it's worth it.

I went photo outing with my son in the morning. In the evening whilst processing the photos it occurred to me that I have a computer table which was disassembled when we packed our things to return from Oman. I was so eager to get it assembled and now its lying around in my room, unfinished. I'll continue when I get better.
